These terms apply between COMPANY_NAME and every business that uses Truva (https://www.truva.be/). Creating an account means accepting them.
The service
Truva searches the Belgian company register for companies that might need you, shows them as cards, and helps you follow up the ones you keep.
Your account
An account belongs to one business and is reached with codes sent to its e-mail address. Keep that address yours and tell us if someone else could use it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why.
The plans and payment
The free plan costs nothing and has limits shown on the prices page. The full plan costs €60 per year excluding VAT, paid in advance by card or Bancontact through Stripe, and renews every year.
You can stop the renewal at any time from your account; the full plan then runs until the end of the paid year. A year that has started is not refunded, except where the law says otherwise. We announce any change of price at least 30 days before your renewal.
Using contact details fairly
You contact companies as a professional, and you are responsible for it:
- stay relevant to their activity, and say who you are;
- stop when a company asks you to, and respect the opt-out;
- follow the GDPR and the Belgian rules on marketing, especially by e-mail to sole traders;
- do not resell, publish or copy the data in bulk, and do not use robots on the app.
The register's data
KBO data is shown as published, with no guarantee that it is accurate.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it never stops. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, and does not cover indirect losses such as lost business.
Your data
What you write in the app remains yours. You can export your follow-up and delete your account. How we process it for you is set out in the data processing agreement (https://www.truva.be/en/data-processing).
Changes
We may change these terms. For a change that matters, we write to you at least 30 days before it applies; you can stop using the service before then.
Law and courts
Belgian law applies. A dispute goes to the courts of the district where COMPANY_NAME has its registered office. The French version of these terms is the one that applies; the others are translations.
